RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us at Odian. We aim to provide you with the best quality products and exceptional customer service. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a returns and cancellation policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
1) Eligible Returns:
You may return goods within 7 days in the following instances:
1.1) If the order has been incorrectly supplied as per the online order, and the packaging is intact.
1.2) If the products supplied are defective and do not meet advertised specifications.
1.3) If incorrect goods have been ordered and supplied - all items must be in their original packaging and undamaged.
1.4) If goods were correctly supplied but you wish to return them.
2) Ineligible Returns:
Goods may not be returned if:
2.1) Items have been opened or partially used.
2.2) Items have been washed.
3) Returns Freight Costs & Handling Fees:
Freight costs will be borne by Odian in instances 1.1 and 1.2.
Freight costs will be borne by the customer in instances 1.3 and 1.4
A handling fee of 15% of the order value will be charged in instances 1.3and
4) Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
4.1. Send an email to socialmedia@imageatwork.co stating your invoice number and reason for returning your order.
4.2. We will contact you to arrange for the return/replacement of goods.
Once your returns have reached our warehouse, they will be inspected before processing within 72 hours of arrival at our warehouse after which the refund process will commence.
Refunds will typically be processed within a period of 7-10 banking days; however, if there is a handling fee applicable, it will be deducted from the refund amount.
