Digital Colour Press
We have 2 incredible machines dedicated to digital colour copies and prints. Canon provides us with the best machines that produce excellent print quality at impressive speeds with professional finishing. We are able to print just over 2 million copies in a single month
Foiling
Foiling is a process of 'stamping' your logo, pattern or image in metallic or matte colours onto notebooks, diaries, paper bases products (business cards, brochures, invites, etc.), leather products of all kinds. Debossing and Embossing is simply the same as foiling without the colour, it indents or raises the logo, pattern or image on the item or material.
Post Press & Bindery
We are 1 of the top three dairy, notebook and custom book binding manufacturers in the country. We produce all sizes, with custom or ex stock materials and we have no minimums. There is very little limitation to what can be accomplished in this department. We produce custom boxes, brochures, pamphlets, paper based packaging, photo books of all sizes, pop out invitations and so much more.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is a branding process transferring ink on to material through a prepared screen of fine material so as to create a logo, picture or pattern. We can print up to 8 colours with a very tight registration. We predominantly print T Shirts and garments using this process, but it is in no way limited to clothing, we also print bags, raw material, boxes, cups, caps, beach balls, balloons, promotional gifts, wood and more.
Embroidery
Your logo or design stitched onto fabric items. The artwork is "digitised" which is the specialized process of converting two dimensional artwork into stitches or thread. We pride ourselves with translating your logo in the best possible way to be enhanced by this form of stitch branding.
Clothing & Manufacturing
Custom clothing, material banners, bedding, bags, and even mascot outfits. If it can be sewn, we can make it up in this department.
Summa Cutting
The Summa is a flat bed and roll to roll cutting and routeing machine. It precision cuts various materials, from vinyl, paper and board to Perspex, wood, and foam. As usual we push the boundaries of this machine and have used it to cut and create many unique products, including vinyl letters of any size.
Large Format Dye-Sublimation
This is a process where a digital print is transferred onto material. We predominantly use this to make material banners of all shapes and sizes, custom cyclist shirts, bedding and more.
Large Format Digital Printing
The Oce Colorado is the fastest digital printing machine in its range, and we are the only company in the country that has one at the moment. On this machine we print posters, vinyl and similar substrates with the best quality and the quickest turn around times. In conjunction with our Roland printer we can produce all types large format paper, canvas, vinyl, wallpaper and PVC products .
Small Format Dye-Sublimation
This particular branding process is taking a digitally printed logo, image or pattern and transferring it onto an existing garment, material or item. In addition we can brand onto garments and other products using a variety of unique materials, such as metallic, flocking, reflective and glow in the dark. As mentioned we use this to brand onto t shirts and garments, as well as cups, plates, bibs, caps, puzzles, labels, bottles, notebooks, and even woods and Perspex
Laser Cutting & Engraving
We can laser cut a variety of materials, such as Perspex, wood, material, paper, board, and more. Laser engraving is precision etching of a logo, image or pattern onto materials and products such as leather bags, pens, USBs, boxes bottles, tags, etc.
Custom Packaging
We provide custom packaging solutions. We are able to assist with anything from custom gift bags to bespoke gifting boxes and everything in between. Design and print quality, innovative and custom packaging products.
UV Printing Large & Small Format
Uv printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultra violet lights to dry cure the ink as it is printed. As this is a digital process we can print any number of colours including white and clear. We have two dedicated machines for UV printing; a small UV printer which we use for small items such as pens, USBs, swizzle sticks, and the like, as well as short run notebooks and items that require individual names. Our large Oce Arizona UV printer is a large flatbed with roll to roll option. This means we can print not only large items for things, such as signage but also an entire roll of material.
Foam Cutting
This machine is more versatile than simply cutting foam, we use it to make foam fingers of any shape , to create unique light weight signage and inner shapes for mascots, light boxes and more.
Woodwork & Exhibitions
With a medium such as wood, you can virtually create anything your heart desires. We have expertly trained carpenters that have made everything from tiny, delicate jewellery boxes to furniture and even a 12m x 3m mobile float. We produce many presentation boxes, modular exhibition and activation stands, stages, podiums, shelves and a range of furniture and decor pieces .
Fabrication
This department truly has no limitations. We combine many substrates and methods to create to most unique items & structures. From custom and utterly unique trophies to larger than life interactive, mobile structures such as a 4 meter Sprite bottle you can walk into, exquisite stage decor pieces to a 4m rotating pot that could travel all over the country for an activation.
Special Projects
No project is too big or small. Projects that may fall outside the scope of our regular requests. Anything from a building sized t-shirt to a carnival parade, floats, costuming and logistics. These are generally exciting, and we always look forward to taking on these creative and sometime seemingly impossible projects.
Event management
From fun and fantastical to sophisticated, elegant and dignified. We have hosted small groups of only 10, to banquet style events accommodating over 1500, all the way to public landmark launches for the presidency and ministers with public invitees. We not only do events management, we conceptualise the theme, décor and graphics, produce and install décor and staging, facilitate catering, AV and lighting as well as setup and breakdowns. Not to mention all the fine details that enhance the event and experience.
Bead, Wire & Leather Work
We create everything from African inspired to contemporary pieces. We've made it all: wire and beaded Baobab tree centrepieces , beaded keyrings, custom leather bags and belts, and so much more.
Packaging & Finishing
Not only is this a complimentary service for many of the products and services we produce in house, we also offer packaging, finishing and gift wrapping as a stand alone service. We package and custom wrap anything from hampers to the assembly of products.

Having such a wide network of clients, we offer delivery, collection and installation services in and around Gauteng and neighboring areas, and have partnered with trusted companies to assist us with logistics throughout the country and abroad.
