A Brief History
She had noticed a niche in the market at that time, characterised by a lack of service delivery and innovation. When she commenced, she single-handedly operated with her focus hinged on marketing, events and promotional items. Finding suppliers, at the time, that would assist her with her small orders and push to meet tight deadlines was a herculean task.
Amidst a great deal of socio-economic and political barriers to entry into the corporate world, an ambitious young woman founded her first branding and manufacturing company in 1996, which is today ImageatWork.
This was in a new South Africa where not only people of colour, but also women in a patriarchally-charged business environment had not developed corporate muscle. No wonder to this day, through experience, her company has no minimums and boasts the fastest turnaround time in the industry.
